What is DIAHealth?

DIA Health is a free service that allows users to manage their health online.

DIA Health is a free service dedicated to helping people take charge of their health in a safe, social, and private environment. With DIA Health, you get personalized recommendations (chronic condition management, nutrition and fitness plans), connect with others (family, friends, and health experts), connect your health apps and devices, and create your personal health identity. DIA was founded by three physicians who realized how difficult it is for people to manage health information and wanted to make a difference.

At DIA, we believe your health identity isn’t limited to medical problems and statistics - it also includes what you eat, your level of physical activity, what you’re exposed to and how these factors affect each other. That’s why we’ve made everything streamlined and simple. Signup takes less than 5 minutes. Then you can access and track all of your health information in one place, so you can finally get the entire picture.

Reach your goals

DIA provides personalized recommendations and plans based on the latest evidence from health experts to help you identify the right goals. You track your progress online and we'll help you reach your goals faster with helpful free advice and next steps.
